DS/ Citizens in Uniform (selection)

Dirk Sanner has been working in the Police service from 1995 to 2009. Wearing his own former uniform he photographed almost 200 persons from his personal environment. Besides aesthetic considerations these portraits talk about separation of powers, the principle of the rule of law and the effect of wearing a uniform.
